The project is expected to provide testing and treatment service to more people around the district as well as in Hanoi generally, which will contribute to reach the UNAIDS target 90-90-90 (By 2020, 90% of all people living with HIV will know their HIV status - 90% of all people with diagnosed HIV infection will receive sustained antiretroviral therapy - 90% of all people receiving antiretroviral therapy will have viral suppression), especially it will also contribute to AHF target 20-20 (20 million people on treatment by 2020).

AHF has been operating in Vietnam since 2007. Currently AHF is supporting 9 ARV sites, 6 prisons and 2 detoxification centers in Vietnam./.
