Mr. Quan went on to say that in November, some 40 Vietnamese enterprises will join a fair in Moscow to sign-off on previously proposed cooperative deals between the two localities.
For his part, Mr. Andrey Vorobiev said that the purpose of the visit was to promote the agreements that were already in place. The Moscow delegation visited Ho Chi Minh city’s export processing and industrial zones to gain experience in establishing and developing business from them as well as attracting investment./.
