The decree clearly notes that labourers who are from ethnic minorities; who belong to poor and nearly-poor families; whose agricultural production land is revoked; and those who are revolutionary contributors’ relatives will be assisted with fees for studying vocational training, foreign languages and necessary knowledge.
In addition, they will also receive support for visa, passport, health declaration and judicial profile fees while also being assisted with overseas protection insurance and training fees in the countries that they are sent.
Furthermore, these groups of people are allowed to be given loans from the Bank for Social Policies or the national fund on employment at the interest rate equal to that for poor families issued by the Government in each specific period./.
