The Lao Cai Provincial Party Standing Committee on November 10^th gathered key officials to inform them of the results of the 12^th Party Central Committee (PCC) meeting term XI.

According to Nguyen Van Vinh, the Provincial Party Secretary, the 12^th PCC meeting covered a wide range of important issues, in which the PCC discussed the 2015 socio-economic development situation and the socio-economic development plans as well as the budget estimates for 2016.

The preparations for the election of National Assembly deputies for the 2016-2021 tenure and the preparations for the personnel of the Party Central Committee term XII were also debated.

The PCC called on the whole Party, people and army to unite to overcome the difficulties to realise the 2015 socio-economic development targets and the resolutions of the 11^th National Party Congress and the 15^th provincial Party Congress for the 2015-2020 period./.
