The 13th Dien Bien provincial Party Committee Congress voted 52 members to the Executive Committee for the 2015-2020 tenure with Mr. Tran Van Son elected as Secretary.

The 13th Dien Bien provincial Party Committee Congress voted 52 members to the Executive Committee for the 2015-2020 tenure with Mr. Tran Van Son elected as Secretary.

Mr. Tran Van Son elected as Secretary of Dien Bien provincial Party Committee

Mr. Tran Van Son

Born in 1961, in Hai Hau district, Nam Dinh province, Mr. Tran Van Son had been Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Ministry of Construction’s Bach Dang Construction Corporation, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Construction. In March 2014, he was appointed to be Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien provincial Party Committee.

At the congress, Mr. Mua A Son, Lam Van Nam and Lo Van Muon were voted as Deputy Secretaries of the provincial Party Committee.

The congress also selected 16 members to the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and 4 standing members to the provincial Party Committee./.
