Vietnam congratulates newly-elected Prime Minister of Japan

Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong on September 15 sent a message of congratulations to Yoshihide Suga, who was formally elected as as President of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) of Japan. He is replacing Shinzo Abe, who resigned earlier in the day because of ill health and become the new Prime Minister of Japan.

The Vietnamese Prime Minister has agreed to re-open international commercial flights to six destinations overseas after the novel coronavirus pandemic was brought under control in these venues. Only 2 more days, on September 15, is Vietnam officially "reopening" the sky after nearly 6 months, the biggest concern is how to "open the door" safely and minimize the source of infection.
