Co-organized by the Vietnam Tennis Federation and Soc Trang provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the event lures over 220 players from 22 delegations, competing for 14 medal categories in the single’s male, single’s female of U10, U12, U14, U16, U18; and the double’s male, double’s female of U16, U18.

Mr Tran Van Hung, Vice Head of Soc Trang provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that as part of the annual national competition system, the tour creates a good chance for players to gain more experience and practice their skills, as well as exchange with others.

Besides, the Vietnam Tennis Federation hopes to seek the best players for the national youth tennis squad./.
