In addition, the department has successfully organised 15 work fairs, attracting over 100 enterprises and giving free employment consultancy to some 9,000 labourers.

The overall effort has contributed to reducing the poverty rate in the province by 1.8% per year.

In addition, in continued effort to realize the Prime Minister’s decision on giving vocational training and employment to rural labourers until 2020, in the years to come, the province will promote the model in combining vocational training with job creation, with a priority to be set for poor labourers, those in beneficiaries’ families and ethnic minorities.

Vocational training courses will be organised at villages and communes to open up greater number of opportunities for rural labourers as they will help to reduce vocational training fees, increase the quality of vocational training and the efficiency of job creation for rural labourers./.
