Over 50,000 tourists to flock Sapa on National Reunification holiday
Sapa town in the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai is anticipating the arrival of more than 50,000 tourist arrivals during National Reunification and May Day holidays, according to the Sa Pa district’s Culture and Information Office.

More than 170 hotels and guesthouses with nearly 5,000 rooms and over 100 homestay locations are fully booked.
Aiming to ensure the safety and convenience for tourists during the period, Sapa has opened three information stalls;at the flower garden in the center of town, Xuan Vien lake and the coach station.
The district asked more than 350 restaurants, hotels and bars in Sapa to fix prices and pledge to not raise the prices./.
