Road junction linking Nam Dinh to Cau Gie-Ninh Binh expressway to be constructed
(VNF) - The Nam Dinh provincial People’s Committee’s policy on the construction of a road junction connecting Nam Dinh sea economic zone to CauGie – NinhBinh expressway has been agreed by the Prime Minister (PM).
The PM assigned the Nam Dinh provincial People’s Committee to direct the completion of investment procedures under the current regulations and to follow capital assessment procedures in accordance with decree 1792/CT-TTg signed by the PM on October 15th, 2011.
Investment separation must ensure capital capacity.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment will preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to propose capital sources from the central budget and specific assistance for the project./.
