Russian officials honoured with Vietnamese friendship orders
A number of training facilities, teachers and officials from Russia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Emergency Situations were honoured with Vietnamese friendship orders and commemorative medals in Moscow on October 25th.

The Vietnamese Friendship Orders were granted to Kikotia University, the Academy of Management, the Volgograd Academy of the Russian Internal Affairs Ministry, and the State Fire Academy of Emercom.
Besides, 33 officials and teachers of the training facilities were presented with Vietnam’s Ministry of Home Affairs’ medals for protecting national security.
Deputy Minister of Public Security Bui Van Thanh said the Russian ministries have helped Vietnam train thousands of students in the field, most of whom are playing a crucial role in ensuring order and security in Vietnam.
The Russian recipients highlighted the effective training cooperation as part of the two countries’ comprehensive strategic partnership.
During the trip to Russia, the Vietnamese delegation visited the host’s universities to expand cooperative ties in training and research and develop initiatives to increase trade./.
