Singapore and the US signed a defence cooperation agreement (DCA) in Washington on December 8th.
Singapore and the US signed a defence cooperation agreement (DCA) in Washington on December 8th.
The agreement was inked by Singapore Minister of Defence Ng Eng Hen and his US counterpart Ashton Carter during the former’s visit to the US on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the 1990 Memorandum of Understanding and the 10th anniversary of the 2005 Strategic Framework Agreement between the US and Singapore.
