Children have the right to express views on issues affecting them as individuals, for example, in health care, family life, education or child protection, etc.

On March 16, Quang Binh Children's Council held their second meeting with members of Quang Binh National Assembly. The first meeting was held in July 2020.

A Children’s Council has been established in Kon Tum province on May 18 with the participation of 35 children. The Children’s Council is expected to create more chances so that children can raise their opinions, as well as discuss with leaders about issues that related to them.
