Australia has sent a submission to the United Nations on Thursday, rejecting all claims of China  in Bien Dong Sea or internationally known as South China Sea, which are inconsistent with UNCLOS 1982 (United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea) and the ruling of Tribunal in 2016.
