A deadly South American virus that causes Ebola-like bleeding can spread human-to-human, public health officials have learned from its second-ever outbreak.

Ambassador Dang Dinh Quy, head of the Vietnamese mission to the United Nations, stressed that constructive dialogues and reconciliation efforts will help settle conflicts in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DR Congo) while attending the United Nations Security Council (UNSC)’s video teleconference on October 6.
