The European Parliament (EP) has put forth a clear framework and set the target of helping Vietnam have the yellow card warning lifted, according to Daniel Caspary, head of the EP’s Delegation for Relations with the Countries of Southeast Asia and ASEAN.

The European Parliament has overwhelmingly passed a resolution calling on diplomatic officials to boycott the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics due to continuing allegations of human rights abuses.
