A delegation of more than 70 overseas Vietnamese from 23 countries worldwide led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Quang Hieu, who is also Chairman of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs (COVA), paid tribute to Hung Kings, the legendary founders of the nation, in the northern midland province of Phu Tho, from April 25-26.
