Ambassador of the Republic of India to Vietnam Pranay Verma inaugurated a new block for the old-age home at Quang Ninh Social Protection Centre at Nam Khe commune, constructed with Government of India’s grant assistance of USD 50,000 under the Quick Impact Project programme.
