East Africa braces for worst locust swarms in 7 decades

East Africa is anticipating a second wave of locust outbreak in 2020, which is expected to be 20 times the size of the first. The swarms of billions of insects are threatening food security in the already vulnerable region – and exacerbated by the coronavirus pandemic.
