On November 27, Saigon Children's Charity/UK (Saigonchildren) in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training of Phung Hiep district and the Hau Giang Union of Friendship Organizations presented bicycles to students of Tan Phuoc Hung Primary School and Hung Dien Secondary School.
