Tycoon Pham Nhat Vuong’s Vingroup, the largest private conglomerate in Vietnam is considering the initial public offering (IPO) of its automaker VinFast in the US that could raise US$2 billion, seeking a valuation of at least $50 billion after a listing, according to Bloomberg.
