Introducing indigenous culinary culture of Central Highlands through "Basaltic cuisine" program

The program named "Basaltic cuisine" takes place in 4 days from November 19 to November 22 in the campus of Gia Lai Provincial Museum. There are more than 20 booths displaying and selling typical dishes of the ethnic minorities in Tay Nguyen (the Central Highlands in Vietnam).
