The press center of the 12th National Party Congress on September 14th opened a website entitled “Communist Party of Vietnam – 12th National Party Congress” at http://daihoi12.dangcongsan.vn/.

The event aimed to realise the direction on developing an online page about the 12th Party Congress by Le Hong Anh, Politburo member, permanent member of the Party Central Committee (PCC) Secretariat and Head of the Sub-Committee serving the 12th National Party Congress. The development of the online page on the 12th National Party Congress also received the consensus from leaders of the PCC Commission for Popularization and Education.

This is the 3rd consecutive National Party Congress (since the 10th National Party Congress) the website on the National Party Congresses has used the technical infrastructure and manpower from Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper.

The website “Communist Party of Vietnam – 12th National Party Congress” is the official page disseminating the information about the 12th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the Internet.

The website targets to encourage the whole Party, people and army to strive to successfully realise the resolutions issued by Party Congresses at all levels for the 2010-2015 term.

Through the page, cadres, Party members and people have more profound awareness on the significance and importance of the 12th National Party Congress as well as on the viewpoints, guidelines and orientations set in the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and in the resolution of the 12th National Party Congress.

The website also provides ideas contributing to draft documents to be submitted to the 12th National Party Congress from political – social organizations, senior revolutionary cadres, scientists, writers, overseas Vietnamese and all classes of people.

As a result, the page helps to promote brainpower of the whole people to the 12th National Party Congress while it prevents hostile forces from disseminating wrong and distorted information about the Party Charter, the Constitution and State laws.

The website is being run in the Vietnamese, English, French and Chinese languages./.
