Vietnam Culture Festival opens in RoK

The sixth Vietnam Culture Festival, which was held in Seoul, the Republic of Korea (RoK) on October 16th, is one of the largest events for Vietnamese community who are living, studying and working in the RoK.

(VNF) - The sixth Vietnam Culture Festival, which was held in Seoul, the Republic of Korea (RoK) on October 16th, is one of the largest events for Vietnamese community who are living, studying and working in the RoK.

This year’s festival attracted more than 3,000 Vietnamese expats in the RoK, thousands of Koreans and international friends.

The event, which was organized by the Vietnamese Embassy, the Vietnamese Association in the RoK, the Korea-Vietnam Cultural Exchange Association (KOVECA), and the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA), was part of activities to celebrate the 24th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries.

The 6th Vietnam Culture Festival offered a chance for locals to understand more about the Vietnamese culture.

It also aimed to celebrate one year since the establishment of the fund “For Vietnam’s sea and island sovereignty”.
