Men Sam An wrote in her letter that the gift was a charming expression of the precious tradition of supporting each other in difficult situations of the two associations. He stated that the concern and support of VUFO and Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association was a great source of spiritual encouragement to help the Lao people overcome difficulties, affirming neighborly and traditional relations between the two countries.
