As the sole representatives of Vietnam, the artists and artisans from Lam Dong province proudly participated in the Chilika Shelduck International Folk Festival in India.

The National Action Month for Gender Equality and Gender-Based Violence Prevention and Response 2024, themed “Ensuring social security, empowering, and creating opportunities for women and girls to achieve gender equality and eliminate gender-based violence,” will take place from November 15 to December 15.

Head of the delegation, Emilio Jose Ribera, expressed his satisfaction at the visit, where the delegates got first-hand experience and contributed to further introducing the beauty of Ha Long Bay and the friendliness and hospitality of Quang Ninh people to international friends.

After the Geneva Accords were signed on July 21, 1954, President Ho Chi Minh and the Central Committee made the strategic decision to move Southern compatriots, cadres, soldiers, and students to the North for further education and to train a cadre force for the Party's long-term revolutionary cause. For those involved, the memories of the 70th anniversary of this historic relocation remain fresh.
