Vietnam weather forecast

As waves of devastating floods sweep across eastern and central China, Chinese authorities on July 10 raised the emergency response for flood control in the Yangtze River and riverside areas to Level II, the second highest in the response system. Several Chinese regions have raised their response levels in the past few days.
In central China's Hubei province: Emergency response for flood control was upgraded from the third to the second level. At least 14 people were dead and five others were missing due to the disasters. Over nine million people have been affected by heavy rain.
In east China's Anhui province: Local authorities launched the level II emergency response, the second-highest, for flood prevention. Four people died and over 1.6 million people have been affected as of July 9.
East China's Jiangxi province upgraded its emergency response for flood control from the third to the second level as of 10:00 a.m. July 10.
East China's Zhejiang province raised its flooding emergency response level to the top level along the Qiantang River, CGTN reported.
