CPA Australia is one of the world’s largest accounting bodies, with more than 155,000 members across 118 countries. REP was established to create competitive advantage in talent recruitment and retention for organisations and financial institutions.
By earning REP status, BIDV will be entitled to benefits of recruitment, training and human resource development, particularly: The bank will be able to connect directly with the REP network which includes prestigious domestic and international CPA members.
BIDV can improve its competitive capacity and international integration through improving the quality of its human resources. BIDV will have access to talents at CPA’s events, expanding its expert base to include those holding CPA certificates.
According to Adam Awty, deputy chief executive of CPA Australia, one of the most important reasons for the recognition of BIDV is that the bank provides excellent training and support for their staff. Employees are provided ongoing support for their learning development. This commitment of BIDV makes a good match between CPA and the BIDV brand.
Currently BIDV is among the first Vietnamese financial institutions to be awarded the certificate./.
