Accordingly, local authority and relevant agencies will be responsible for actively carrying out groups of solutions to create new impetus for management policies and financial mechanisms towards promoting and increasing the quantities and operation efficiency of enterprises and cooperatives; and re-structuring, dissolving or making bankrupt ineffective operations.
In addition, departments will hold dialogues with enterprises and cooperatives to tackle any possible obstacles.
There are currently over 1,100 enterprises and over 380 cooperatives. Each year, the province expects to establish over 100 enterprises and 15 cooperatives; and encourage those working in the agricultural and rural areas as well as in commercial and tourism services.
By 2020, the province also strives to increase the number of profitable enterprises and cooperatives to over 90%, to raise labourers’ income by 5% per year and create jobs for some 35,500 labourers./.
