Accordingly, the pilot program on sending nurses to work in Germany has been accelerated, creating impetus for expanding labour export markets, especially in developed countries which can provide high income for labourers. Enterprises are also recruiting labourers to satisfy the need for labour in the Japanese, Korean and Thai markets, as well as those in the Middle East. The needs lay mainly in the construction, mechanics, agriculture, heavy industry, food processing and textile and garment sectors.
In 2015, together with the establishment of the ASEAN Community, labourers are allowed to travel freely, through agreements on recognizing equivalent skills in accounting, architecture, dentistry, medic practice, engineering, nursing, transport and tourism, which will lead to an estimated increase in the number of guest workers in Nghe An province. As planned, in 2015, the province will send 12,000-13,000 labourers to work abroad./.
