In the morning of June 15, a children's room at the Children Heart Center - Vietnam National Children's Hospital was officially inaugurated and operated.

Children's room in Vietnam National Children's Hospital opened

This is a project was funded by For Vietnamese Stature Foundation and TH Group to respond to June - Action Month for Children. Total sponsorship value is over VND 90 million (USD 3,907).

The ceremony was attended by Tran Thi Nhu Trang - Director of For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, Master Tran Thi Mai Huong, representative of Children Heart Center - Vietnam National Children's Hospital, and benefactors and volunteers who are teachers and students from TH School.

The playroom is designed to be safe for children, with carefully selected toys, suitable for children treated at the hospital. This colorful play area hopefully brings good spirits for pediatric patients, help them reduce pain and quickly recover.

On this occasion, Cao Hoai Duc and Nguyen Duy Hung, two sponsors of heart surgery of Lo Van Khay at the Heart Center in March, sponsored more than 900 children's story books for bookcases here.

Youth Union of Kim Dong Publishing House also contributed almost 200 books. With this number of books, the children will have a space to play and discover more interesting knowledge even though they are temporarily away from school to cure illnesses.

After the grand opening ceremony, volunteers who are the TH school representatives include Principal Pete Kennedy, TH School System Director Tran Thi Quyen, Boarding Director Sandie Fowler and students from TH School organized and played with the children some games such as coloring, painting, and jigsaw puzzle..
