On December 12, a delegation including EU Ambassador Julien Guerrier, Spanish Ambassador Carmen Cano de Lasala, and Vietnam's Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hoang Long, embarked on a joint field trip to Can Tho and Tra Vinh. The purpose of the trip was to assess and discuss the implementation of the EU-supported sustainable energy transition program. On the first day of the field trip, the delegation toured several key sites in Can Tho. These included the Dutch De Heus animal feed factory, which has integrated a rooftop solar power system into its operations. This system exemplifies the region’s commitment to adopting renewable energy solutions in industrial production. |
