Hanoi leaders lay flowers at Lenin’s statue

(VNF) - To celebrate the 147^th birthday of V.I. Lenin (April 22^nd, 1870), on the morning of April 22^nd, delegation of Hanoi Party Committee, Hanoi People’s Council, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi led by Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Hang, Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee, laid flowers to commemorate, express profound gratitude to great leader Lenin.

This is an annual activity of the Hanoi city to commemorate the great, profound gratitude to Lenin – the great leader, an outstanding politician, a teacher of the working class around the world and the Russian October Revolution greatness.

Standing in front of the Lenin’s monument, the leaders of Hanoi city expressed their devotion and promise to consistently perform Marxism – Leninism, Ho Chi minh ideology in the construction and defense of the country.

Also on the same day, the delegation of the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations, Vietnam – Russia Friendship Association and many Vietnamese people from all walks of life also laid flowers to celebrate 147^th birthday of great leader Lenin./.
