Diverse activities are being carried out to celebrate the 85th year of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3rd) and the lunar New Year festival. The streets across Hanoi capital city are sparkling with the national and the Party flags flying in the colour of the peach blossoms.
