Ho Chi Minh city honours 20 proficient and friendly officers
The Ho Chi Minh city’s Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on September 11th held a ceremony to honour 20 young proficient and friendly cadres and officers in 2016.

The honoured officers are those who applied practical solutions and initiatives at work, bringing high social efficiency while being leading factors in humanitarian work, and that relating to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s ethical example.
Before the ceremony, the honoured officers laid a wreath and reported work at President Ho Chi Minh Statue, and after the ceremony, the officers held a mid-autumn festival for children in Binh Tan district.
Since 2010, the city Communist Youth Union has honoured 124 young proficient and friendly cadres and officers./.
