Ho Chi Minh city’s district undergoes positive development
Four years after the implementation of the program on building new style rural areas, there has been remarkable change in the lives of residents in Can Gio district in Ho Chi Minh city. Much necessary infrastructure built in coordination with development of economic model activities have helped residents escape poverty.
