Les Amis de Nha Trang grant scholarships
(VNF) - Khanh Hoa Union of Friendship Organizations in association with the Les Amis de Nha Trang, a French non-governmental organization, offered scholarships to needy students in Khanh Hoa Province on August 19th.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ba Chien, Vice President of the Union, acknowledged the contributions of the Les Amis de Nha Trang for the needy children of Khanh Hoa Province in the past time. At the same time, he also encouraged students to achieve better results in learning.
This time, students received small homemade gifts from members of Les Amis de Nha Trang as souvenirs.

Les Amis de Nha Trang offers scholarships three times a year, in January, June and August.
Mr. Boulanger René, 80, from Belgium, currently is chairman of Les Amis de Nha Trang Association. He has been considered as grandfather of many poor children in the city for supporting them on their study way.
Each year, Les Amis de Nha Trang Association grants scholarships to support school fees for poor children in the province.
In 2015, Mr. Boulanger René has been granted certificate of merit by the provincial Study Encouragement Association for his performance in encouraging study and sponsorship./.
