Mr Le Tien Chau appointed Vice Minister of Justice
(VNF) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has signed Decision 1056/QD-TTg, appointing Mr Le Tien Chau, 47, Head of Hanoi Law University, as Vice Minister of Justice.
Earlier, Mr Chau held the position of Head of Personnel and Organisation under the Ministry of Justice from September 1st, 2014. The Tay Ninh province-origin official has been promoted to Head of Hanoi Law University on January 21st, 2016.
Graduating from Ho Chi Minh city Law University in 1994, he taught at the university from 1994 to 2009, was Head of the Vi Thanh Law Intermediate school in Hau Giang province from August 2010, then Head of the Southern Region Representatives office of the Ministry of Justice in 2012.
So far, the Ministry of Justice has five Vice Ministers including Mr Dinh Trung Tung (60), Mr Nguyen Khanh Ngoc (52), Mr Phan Chi Hieu (47), Mr Tran Tien Dung (41), and Mr Le Tien Chau./.
