Phu Tho focuses on providing vocational training for rural labourers
In the 2015-2020 period, the northern province of Phu Tho will strive to give vocational training to 74,000 rural labourers, including 55.8% of rural labourers being trained with non-agricultural training.

The province also plans conduct higher knowledge training for some 4,800 communal cadres and officials, and increase the number of rural labourers getting jobs after the training to 80% or more.
To realise the target, the province will concentrate on improving facilities for public vocational training; developing curriculum and increasing the quality of lecturers and vocational training managers.Information about standard vocational training foundations will be provided for rural labourers at localities that are responsible for strictly working with training foundations and enterprises for rural labourers’ jobs after graduation.
The province will determine to stop the operation of ineffective training foundations. Meanwhile, agricultural training activities can be organised right at villages or at production foundations, ensuring that labourers gain good production skills after graduation./.
