Preparations for Quang Ninh provincial Party Congress checked

The provincial Party Standing Committee organized a meeting to review the steering and organization of the 14th Quang Ninh provincial Party Congress for the 2015-2020 tenure on October 21st.

The preparation and organization of the provincial Party Congress was organized successfully, scientifically, safely, economically, practically and efficiently. It also promoted democracy, intelligence in compliance with the principles and discipline of the Party.

The discussion of documents and personnel issues were promoted democracy, openness and objectivity. The election was carried out in accordance with the Party regulations and regulations on elections in the Party; the gender proportion of members of the provincial Party Executive Committee were achieved.
