The Office Department of the Hanoi Party Committee on October 27th presided over a meeting with relevant units to deploy protocol works to serve the 16th Hanoi Party Congress.

At the meeting, the Office Department implemented a plan and a report on protocol and preparation work to serve delegates and guests attending the congress.

The 16th Hanoi Party Congress has 497 delegates. Guests are leaders of the Party, State, ministries, sectors and central agencies, delegates from Ho Chi Minh city and eight neighboring provinces of Hanoi and delegates representing for people in the capital. The protocol work will have to undertake reception in dozens of locations and hundreds of vehicles.

Head of the Office Department of the Hanoi Party Committee Hoang Minh Dung Tien said that all of the preparations serving the 16th Hanoi Party Congress have been basically completed. However, the protocol work just enters the main stage, requiring inpiduals and relevant units to adhere to their assigned tasks to complete the work with the highest quality.

The protocol work will only end when the congress successfully concludes and the delegates return their localities safely./.
