Refreshing skills for Secretary of district level Party Committees
The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics has opened a course to refresh skills for Secretaries of district level Party Committees.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, PCC member and Standing Deputy Head of PCC Commission for Organization, attended and delivered a speech at the event.
Under the reality and needs of localities nationwide, intensifying skills refreshing and updating to enhance the leadership and management capacity for leaders in the political system and meet the increasing requirements of the national industrialization and modernization period and international integration is essential, said Mr Binh.
This is part of the regular work and responsibility of Executive Board of Party Committees, in which the advisory role of the Secretary of the Party Committees at all levels, especially at the district level, is significant.
He was confident that participants would promote their spirit and responsibility and overcome difficulties to creatively grasp knowledge, experience and measures to better fulfill their duties.
During the 3-week course, 93 trainees should exchange and discuss 18 special subjects and four reports on experiences through fact-finding tours in order to help them systematically grasp basic knowledge on specialist knowledge and skills; update and add new learning in line with the spirit of the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress; find answers for difficulties and burdens posed by reality; and equip experiences and basic processes to give advice for leaders at different levels to realize missions and programs in units./.
