Two hotlines open to support Vietnamese citizens in Belgium
The Vietnamese Embassy in Belgium has opened up 2 hotlines at 0032-498352442 and 0032-485315965, operating around the clock, to receive any information from and give support to any Vietnamese citizens’ urgent requests in Belgium.
This was announced on March 23rd by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
According to MOFA spokesman Le Hai Binh, as the ministry received information about the bombs of the terror attacks, it directed the Vietnamese Embassy in Belgium to immediately work closely with local authorised agencies to check whether any Vietnamese citizens were affected by the attacks.
“So far no Vietnamese victims have been reported,” he said. “The Vietnamese Embassy in Belgium is continuing to seek information and has prepared plans to be ready to support and tackle urgent requests by Vietnamese citizens./.”
