Ho Chi Minh City: The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that the Ho Chi Minh City area will be cloudy and sunny, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places.

The temperature still fluctuates between 26 - 27 degrees, down 6 degrees compared to the previous day.

Da Nang: The National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting predicts that on December 3, the Da Nang area will continue to have moderate to heavy rain, and thunderstorms in some places. During thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds are possible. The temperature fluctuates between 26 - 27 degrees, a slight increase of 1 degree compared to the previous day.
