At the talk

So far over 2,900 workers in FDI and private enterprises have been admitted to the Party, representing 4.2% of the Party members in the province.

In addition, 120 Party organizations, 1,275 grassroots trade unions and 184 organizations of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union have been established in FDI and private enterprises.

Speeches during the talk confirmed that Party organizations and unions had confirmed their roles, contributing to boosting development, connecting labourers and enterprises owners, participating in dealing with disputes, and promptly preventing illegal strikes.

However, delegates noted that the development of Party organizations and unions in FDI and private enterprises should be accelerated to match the growth rate and development of enterprises, thus ensuring order and security, boosting development, and building a harmonious working environment in enterprises.

According to Dong Nai province’s leaders, the province always pays attention to ensuring the legal development of enterprises, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and labourers.

The talk aimed to tackle difficulties in developing Party organizations and unions in enterprises, in order to create a stable working environment for sustainable development./.
