Currently, localities have continued directing organization of Party congress at grassroots level and strive to complete Party congress at grassroots level within June 2015.

Luong Tai district is the first unit to organize Party congress at district level with estimated time within 3 days from June 15th to 17th, 2015.

Criteria on structure and personnel of Directive no. 36 of Politburo were basically guaranteed. Of which, Executive Board of Party units had 17.5% of female, 2.5% higher than regulations; rejuvenation rate reached 13.7%.
