7th event connecting Vietnamese students with Japanese enterprises
The 7th “Vietnamese students-Japanese enterprises exchange and connection” was recently held in Osaka (Japan), by the Vietnamese Consulate and the Kansai Economic Federation, the Japan Vietnam Business Support Center (JVBSC) and Wasabi Morikosan company.

This year event was well received by the Japanese enterprisese and Vietnamese from different provinces, cities in Kansai, including: 16 small and medium firms specializing in manufacturing, mechanics, electrical appliances, IT and 180 students studying in colleges, universities, vocation schools, Japanese language schools in Kansai. Specially, the event also brought together Vietnamese students who were recruited by companies in the previous season.
Speaking at the conference, Consul Vu Tuan Hai lauded the cooperation of Japanese enterprises and urged the students to put their effort in learning from the Japanese the ways of working, the technology, company culture, accumulating experience to become a vital bridge connecting Vietnam and Japan.
Hailing the success of the previous six seasons, Inoue Takeshi, External Relations Manager of the Kansai Economic Union affirmed the role of manpower exchange between Vietnam and Japan in assisting member enterprises in expanding their business abroad.
Vietnamese students in Japan, for their part, said the conference provides them a platform to contact with Japanese enterprises, improve their interviewing skills and hope to be recruited by Japanese enterprises for the position they apply for./.
