Applied Arts Exhibition 2023 Connects Vietnamese, Hungarian Artists and Audiences

Hanoi University of Architecture collaborated with the Hungarian Embassy to Vietnam to hold the 2023 Applied Arts Exhibition. The exhibition, which runs from Nov 20 to 30, introduces the works of lecturers at the university and Hungarian Artist Miksa Róth.

The 2023 Applied Arts Exhibition also displays many artworks by Hungarian Artist Miksa Róth (1865-1944). His works were sent to the event by the Hungarian Embassy in Vietnam.

Baloghdi Tibor, Ambassador of Hungary to Vietnam, said Róth Miksa is a Hungarian glass painter and mosaic artist, specializing in color paintings on glass in the medieval and classical style. He was one of the pioneers of art nouveau in Hungary. His most important works appear in large buildings, such as the Hungarian Parliament Building.
