The statement was made by Resumen Latinoamericano journal, which has recently praised Vietnam's economic diplomacy efforts, noting significant breakthroughs that pave the way for rapid and sustainable development.
According to the VNA reporter in Buenos Aires, the journal highlighted the important results achieved through foreign trips by high-ranking Vietnamese leaders, such as General Secretary To Lam's visit to the US in September, where he attended the United Nations General Assembly High-Level Week; President Luong Cuong's visit to Chile and Peru in November; and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, and Saudi Arabia in October.
The journal noted that many cooperation agreements were signed during these visits, providing opportunities to promote sustainable economic growth and laying the foundation for Vietnam to enter an era of comprehensive innovation and deep integration into the global supply chain.

It also mentioned the upgrading of relations to comprehensive strategic partnerships with Australia, France, and Malaysia in 2024, which will support Vietnam in expanding cooperation in strategic areas such as renewable energy, nuclear technology, urban and railway transport, innovation, and climate change response.
