Biggest UK education event to be back in October
Study UK Fair 2019, the biggest annual UK education event held by the British Council in Vietnam will be back this October.

In more details, the event, (which is open to the public) will be held in Ho Chi Minh City on October 5 and in Hanoi on October 6, with the participation of more than 30 leading UK colleges, universities, prestigious education consultancy companies, UK qualification programmes in Vietnam.
Study in UK 2019 aims to help students and parents to be updated with the latest information regarding studying in the UK. Highlights of this year’s fair include seminars regarding UK visa, application for top universities, the Chevening Wales scholarship, and career orientation.
Regarding education pathway in UK, students and parents will receive useful information on how to select majors and universities in the UK, focusing on six fields: marketing, engineering, art and design, media, hospitality management, education and linguistics.
In terms of career orientation, a seminar featuring career opportunities in Vietnam, which will bring to students and parents the viewpoints of high-profile guest speakers such as Tran Trung Kien (CEO of Thien Minh Group), Thai Van Linh (CEO of Ventures Group), Nguyen Phuong Mai (CEO of Navigos Group).
At Study in UK 2019, UK alumni will also share their experiences on living and studying in the UK. Especially, the inspirational stories from UK alumni at the fair’s ‘Wales in my eyes’ seminar will bring visitors authentic and vivid perspectives on studying in the UK, in general and Wales, in particular.
